Turning Point Financial Brand Collateral

Our friends at Turning Point Financial came to us with a logo and a mission to create a brand that positively impacts everyone who comes through their door. We helped them develop a visual and verbal tone that is welcoming, empowering and the opposite of traditional and stuffy! Then, we created some tools to help their internal team keep the brand message organized and on the same path.

Along with developing a collateral brand strategy, we also helped them dig deeper into their customer interactions. Together, TPF and H+W reworked the experience and developed new tools–like the roadmap brochure above–to help TPF and their potential customers understand where they are on the road to financial security.

The result is that everyone who interacts with TPF, even those who are not ready to become customers, walk away with a clear idea of where they need to go next on their financial journey.
