Blood Pressure Awareness Campaign
Challenging at risk populations to get healthy
We created this campaign to challenge African American men (and the women who care about them) to “Get in the Game” and take control of their blood pressure. The success of the initial campaign led the state to provide additional funds to expand the tools and reach of the program.
Materials designed include mailers, posters, tracking logs and a cookbook.
